German Foreign Minister Fischer Due In Istanbul

ANKARA - German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer will come to Istanbul on Thursday to hold several contacts.
A statement of Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday that Fischer would hold contacts in Istanbul on Thursday and Friday.
Fischer will be received by Prime Minister Abdullah Gul and meet with Foreign Minister Yasar Yakis.
Regional issues, Turkey-European Union relations and bilateral relations are expected to be taken up during Fischer's contacts.
