ANKARA - Urgent action plan comprised of 41 pages foresees 205 arrangements and implementations under headlines like ''Public Administration Reform'', ''Economic Transformation Program'', ''Democratization and Legal Reform'' and ''Social Policies.''
According to the plan, reforms will be made under coordination of State Planning Organization (DPT).
Below listed some arrangements listed in the plan and their schedule:
1- PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION REFORM:
Central Administration Reform

- Rent prices of public lodgings will be estimated according to market prices and principles for their sale will be set (one month and continual)
- Construction and purchase of new lodgings and social facilities will be stopped (continual)
- Construction of public service building and purchase of public vehicles will be stopped for at least two years (3 months)
- Special procedures will be developed for more rational use of appropriation allocated for repair of public service buildings, lodgings and social facilities. (3 months)
- Initiatives will be launched to reduce parliament cadres to reasonable level (1 month)
- A bill on information receiving right of citizens will be prepared (3 months)
- Public associations and foundations will be totally lifted (3-6 months)
- Foreign representations of all public instutitions and organizations will be reviewed, unnecessary representations will be closed and excessive personnel will be dismissed (3-6 months)
- Council of Ministers by-law will be issued (3-6 months)
- Social facilities will be sold while unsold ones will be rented for a long time (6-12 months)
- E-transformation Turkey project will be fulfilled (6 months and continual)
- Tax, citizenship and social security will be united (6-12 months)
