Tender To Be Opened For Privatization Of Petkim

ANKARA - A tender will be opened for privatization of Petrokimya Holding A.S. (PETKIM) which is the leading company in petrochemistry sector in Turkey.
Notices will be issued beginning on January 20 for privatization of OIB's share in PETKIM through ''block sale''.
Privatization Administration Board (OIB) has minimum 51 percent share in PETKIM.
The bids will be received in sealed tender and it will be made through bargaining.
Bids had to be submitted to OIB till 4.00 p.m. on April 2, 2003.
