Treasury Authorizes 2 Foreign Banks With Leading Bond Issue

ANKARA - The Treasury Undersecretariat authorized Deutsche Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein with leading a debenture bond issue.
These debenture bonds denominated in euro will have five-year maturity and be issued under 2003 year external borrowing program.
