SILIFKE - A delegation comprising U.S. experts who came to Turkey under the permit given by the government for site-surveys in some bases and ports in Turkey, carried out a site-survey together with Turkish officials in Tasucu port in Silifke town of southern province of Mersin on Wednesday.
Officials said construction of the port was financed by the NATO and finished two months ago.
The port which is 350 meters in length and has three vessels capacity, has also a helicopter landing zone.
