LEFKOSA - Technical committee which was formed as a part of the Cyprus talks process continued its work on Thursday.
The joint committee which will work on ''international agreements'' and the committee which will work under the title ''common state laws'' convened in United Nations (U.N.) Conference Center in buffer zone.
Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) is represented by TRNC Foreign and Defense Ministry Undersecretary Aytug Plumer, Legal Adviser Zaim Necatigil, Legal Adviser Sulen Karabacak, Prof. Rusen Ergec, Prof. Haluk Kabaalioglu, lawyer Zeki Bayram, Dr. Kudret Ozersay and deputy prosecutor Ilter Koyuncuoglu in the committee which will deal with international agreements.
Chief prosecutor Akin Sait, former Supreme Court Chairman Salih Dayioglu, lawyer Oktay Feridum, Prof. Haluk Kabaalioglu, Prof. Rusen Ergec, Foreign Ministry General Director Can Korkut, lawyer Ergin Ulunay and prosecutor Ergul Kizilokgil are representing TRNC in the committee dealing with ''common state laws.''
Both sides are represented by eight members in technical committees and U.N. officials also take place in the committees.
Turkish delegation is working under co-chairmanship of TRNC Presidential Undersecretary Ergun Olgun and President Rauf Denktas' adviser Mumtaz Soysal. The Greek Cypriot delegation is headed by chief prosecutor Alekos Markides.
