ANKARA - Prime Minister Abdullah Gul said on Friday that the salaries of retired persons from the Social Security Agency (SSK) will increase by 75 million, the salaries of senior pensioners from Social Security Agency of Self-Employed Workers (Bag-Kur) will increase by 100 million liras and 75 million liras (for those having lower salaries.)
Speaking in a news conference, Gul said that the salaries of those retired persons from Bag-Kur who get agricultural insurance will increase by 100 million liras and the amount of old age salary will increase by 100 percent.
Gul said that the payments will take place within the scope of social assistance and that a bill was prepared about the issue.
