Financial Zero Year Law To Be Debated At Parliament Next Week

ANKARA - Law on Amendment to Income Tax Law, Tax Procedure Law, Corporation Tax Law, Inheritance Tax Law, Law no 4306, Law on 4481 and Law on 4562 which is also known as Financial Zero Year Law which was partially returned by President Ahmet Necdet Sezer will be debated at the parliament next week.
Justice and Development Party (AK Party) deputy leader Salih Kapusuz said on Thursday that they could make amendments in the law if they considered reasonable President Sezer's justifications for returning the law and stated that the law's enforcement could be regulated as January 1, 2003 for not creating a vacuum till the date when the law would come into force.
President Sezer had returned the law to the parliament to debate Article 1 and 9 once again.
