GEBZE - Aygaz Inc. General Director Orhan Alkan said on Sunday that they were pleased to take a step for exporting to Britain, which was considered as a ''difficult market to enter.''
Alkan held a press confrence due to first shipment to Britain from the company's installations in Gebze.
Their production in international standards were proved by their exports to Britain, Alkan said.
Aygaz Deputy General Director Cemal Kirkit said that they had exported to 21 countries so far, including Germany, Argentina, Azerbaijan, China, Morocco, Palestine, France, South Africa, Italy, Cyprus, Korea, Lebanon, Portugal, Poland, Russia, Syria, Chili, Uruguay, Jordan, New Zealand and Greece.
A total of 400 personnel are working in Aygaz installations.
