Mondi Raises 2 Million U.S.D. Through Bed And Sofa Exports

KAYSERI - Mondi Bed and Quilt Inc. raised 2 million U.S. dollars through bed and sofa exports in 2002.
Mondi General Director Izzet Sumer told A.A correspondent on Sunday that they exported bed and sofa to the United States, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Germany, Czech Republic, Turkmenistan, Kuwait and Yemen in 2000 and raised an income of 2 million U.S. dollars.
They would give importance to foreign fairs to increase their exports in the following year, Sumer said.
Sumer noted that they would attend seven international furniture fairs in the coming year, adding that they aimed to obtain 5 million U.S. dollars from their exports in 2003.
