B.R.S.A. Gives Permission To Finansbank - Fiba Bank Merger

ISTANBUL - The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) gave permission to merger of Fiba Bank with Finansbank.
Sending a statement to the stock exchange on Wednesday, Finansbank said that the BRSA permitted Finansbank-Fiba Bank merger under a decision it took on December 20, 2002.
