ANKARA - President Ahmet Necdet Sezer returned the law about amendment to some articles of the Constitution of Republic of Turkey on Thursday to be debated by the parliament once again.
Releasing a statement, the Presidential Press Center said, ''President Sezer returned the law about amendment to some articles of the Constitution to the Parliament Speaker's Office to be debated by the parliament once again in accordance with Articles 89, 104 and 175 of the Constitution.''
