Gul Meets With E.P. President Cox

COPENHAGEN - Prime Minister Abdullah Gul met on Thursday with European Parliament (EP) President Pat Cox.
Foreign Minister Yasar Yakis also attended the meeting.
Gul did not respond questions of reporters after the meeting.
Gul will have bilateral meetings with Greek Prime Minister Costas Simitis, Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and British Prime Minister Tony Blair today, concerning his contacts in Copenhagen.
Prime Minister Gul who will hold joint meetings with French President Jacques Chirac and German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder on Friday will also meet with Netherlands Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende the same day.
Justice and Development Party (AK Party) leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan will also attend Gul's meetings with Simitis and Blair.
