IZMIR - Death fasting inmate Feridun Yucel Batu (33) died in Kiriklar hamlet in Buca township in Aegean Izmir province on Sunday.
Batu, who started death fasting eight months ago, was sent to Ataturk Training Hospital a while ago when his health deteriorated.
Batu had been sentenced to 12 years six months imprisonment terms on charges of being a member of DHKP-C and participating in its activities.
