REGIME WARNING
Democratic Left Party (DSP) leader Bulent Ecevit, who stated that political structure was totally upside down on November 3, said, ''before the elections, I had pointed out that Justice and Development Party (AK Party) could be a danger for the regime. I still have those concerns.''
Ecevit stressed that he felt uneasy over the pressure of ''give and get rid of'' policy on Cyprus.
Ecevit said AK Party ruling began to contradict with the settled traditions of the state.

FUNDAMENTALISTM TO BE DISCUSSED IN NSC MEETING
A comprehensive formal report will be presented at the National Security Council (NSC) meeting where Justice and Development Party (AK Party) government will participate in for the first time.
Fundamentalist developments, comprising of information obtained from public institutions and intelligence units, will mainly be mentioned. Support which the supporters of National View and other sects got from the other countries, their organization in public and their studies will be discussed in detail.

GIVE THE DATE, TAKE THE NEGOTIATION
As Europe presses for Cyprus, Justice and Development Party (AK Party) leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan said ''first of all set a date''.
Erdogan responded to the proposal of the European Union (EU) to ''solve Cyprus question'' with a counter proposal ''set a date on December 12 for negotiations, we will negotiate U.N.'s Cyprus plan.''
Erdogan said, ''there is no step back on Cyprus, EU and European Security and Defense Policy (ESDP). Cyprus had not been put forward as a condition to start negotiations, but now that it is put forward. We said it can be taken as a package. However, it is not possible to solve all of them in the same date.''

DENKTAS NEGATIVE AGAIN
President Rauf Denktas of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) is as if he denies the statement of Foreign Minister Yasar Yakis who said, ''he would soon accept to negotiate the U.N. Plan''.
Denktas who noted ''news reports like we accepted the plan is wrongful,'' said ''let's negotiate the negotiation''.

TURKIYE (RIGHT)

FRIENDSHIP WARNING TO GERMANY
President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, who went to Germany on an official visit, pointed out that, ''in my meetings with German officials, I will state the importance of setting a date for Turkey in Copenhagen Summit to start full membership talks with the European Union (EU), and I will call for friendly country Germany to expend support to Turkey in this respect.''

FINANCIAL ZERO YEAR TO BE LIFTED
Financial zero year will be lifted with a draft that is sent to Prime Ministry. The target is to bring back the 50 billion U.S. dollars that is smuggled abroad.
The first law which Justice and Development Party (AK Party) will issue from the Parliament will be about Financial Zero Year. According to this, no taxation or investigation will be made about the money that is brought to Turkey as of 2003. Despite this determination of the government, representatives of the business world don't want removal of financial zero, but want it to be postponed.

CURFEW DURING GENERAL CENSUS LIFTED
The Constitutional Court annulled the regulation which foresaw curfew during general census.
Constitutional Court Deputy Chairman Hasim Kilic told reporters that they debated the case filed by the Beydagi Criminal Court of Peace demanding annulment of the first sentence of the first paragraph of the 32nd article of the decree with the force of law on establishment and duties of the State Institute of Statistics (DIE).
Kilic said that the Constitutional Court annulled that regulation after debating it on the merits of the case.

BAYKAL MAKES WARNING FOR REGIME, GUL GIVES ASSURANCES
Consultations on government program were completed in the Parliament on Tuesday. Two parties of the Parliament, Justice and Development Party (AK Party), and Republican People's Party (CHP) experienced ''constitution and regime discussions'' during the consultations.
CHP leader Deniz Baykal, who opposed to the promise of AK Party for the New Constitution, pointed out that, ''don't cause problem with the understanding that you have the power.''
Prime Minister Abdullah Gul, who responded to this statement, said there should not be any concern. Gul said, ''we don't have any secret issue. All of us are on this ship. All of us will sink if this ship sinks. We will solve everything through dialogue.''
