AMSTERDAM - Representatives of Turkish associations and institutions in Western European countries will give a protest letter on Friday to Bulgarian representations by bringing onto agenda the problems Turkish citizens face in Bulgarian highways asking Bulgarian government to find solution to these problems.
The letter will be given to the Bulgarian representations in The Hague, Berlin, Brussels, Paris, Vienna and Stockholm.
The Turkish organizations which prepared the letter under the leadership of ''Solidarity Council for Turks,'' which represent Turkish associations and institutions in the Netherlands will stress that the problems which Turkish citizens face in Bulgaria when going and coming from Turkey for holiday reached fatal dimension.
The letter notes that the problems have reached systematic structure, and money is demanded from Turkish citizens without any reason.
The letter stresses that these incidents are not positive for Bulgaria which is on the way to EU full membership, adding that Bulgarian officials should take effective measures to prevent the reoccurrence of such incidents.
Turkish organizations also ask Bulgaria to meet the losses of Turkish citizens who were subject to this 'robbery' in Bulgaria and who lost significant amount of money or precious things.
