Ciller: It Is My Duty To Leave This Party To Thrustworthy People

ISTANBUL - True Path Party (DYP) leader Tansu Ciller said on Tuesday that she did not think of resigning prior to the big congress, stressing that, ''it is my duty to leave the party to trustworthy people in the most smooth way.''
When asked about the calls made to her to resign after November 3 elections, Ciller said DYP stood still with all its institutions and principles.
Pointing out that they expected a date to be set for a congress today, Ciller said, ''I hope that a date will be set today for the congress. I will go there for this proposal.''
Ciller said, ''my will stands at the same place where it had been on November 4 morning. I have not revealed this will by consulting with anybody. I myself revealed this. I said I undertook the responsibility of it. However, DYP's future will be better than today. Nobody should feel doubt.''
