Borusan Holding Buys 35 Percent Of Spanish Steel Company Bamesa Aceros

ISTANBUL - Borusan Holding made an investment in Spain after its investment in Italy.
A statement of Borusan Holding said on Sunday that Borusan, which bought a private tube factory in Italy last year, purchased 35 percent of Spanish steel company Bamesa Aceros this year.
Thus, Borusan Holding announced that it would enter into international steel markets.
