A Total Of 181,101 People Visit Nemrut

KAHTA - A total of 181 thousand 101 people visited Nemrut Mountain in Kahta township of southeastern Adiyaman province this year.
The Nemrut Mountain, which is included in the World Cultural Heritage List of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), was visited by 147 thousand people last year.
Governor Halil Isik told A.A correspondent on Sunday that there was a significant increase in number of people visiting Nemrut Mountain this year.
Isik said that 59 thousand 419 foreigners and 121 thousand 682 Turkish people visited Nemrut Mountain this year.
