Dr. Pehlivan: Ecevit's Health Is Better

ANKARA - Prime Minister Ecevit's private doctor Mucahit Pehlivan said on Saturday, ''Prime Minister Ecevit's health is better when compared to three months ago.''
Responding questions of A.A correspondent, Dr. Pehlivan said that Prime Minister Ecevit had undergone a check-up recently, and added that check-up had revealed that Prime Minister Ecevit was in good health.
Dr. Pehlivan said that Prime Minister Ecevit did not have any health problem forcing him to leave his mission as a politician.
He said, ''we do not apply a specific treatment programme. It is, in fact, a way of living. We pay careful attention to nourishment of Prime Minister Ecevit. He also practices some exercises. Prime Minister Ecevit takes some medicines to strengthen his bones. The problem in his spinal column was removed. I can say that Prime Minister Ecevit has completely recovered.''
Dr. Pehlivan added that he paid visit to Prime Minister twice a day.
