Tarisbank Transferred To Denizbank

ANKARA - Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) on Friday decided to transfer 99.99 percent of the shares of Milli Aydin Bankasi T.A.S. (TARISBANK), which is currently in the fund, to Denizbank Corp.
BRSA statement said the decision in question was taken under related article of the Banking Law no:4389.
The ''Transfer of Shares agreement'' had been signed on October 21, 2002. The transfer of shares was completed today.
