E.U. Does Not Give Date For Turkey

BRUSSELS - European Union didn't give a date to start membership negotiations with Turkey in the draft final declaration expected to be approved by the EU leaders in Brussels summit.
British news agency Reuters said on Friday that the draft final declaration of Brussels summit didn't also offer a date for Bulgaria and Romania.
