ISTANBUL - A moderate earthquake measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale jolted Kigi town of eastern province of Bingol at 6.52 p.m. on Tuesday.
Istanbul-based Kandilli Observatory Seismology Institute said that the earthquake was centered on Kigi town.
