Denktas Taken Out From Intensive Care Unit

NEW YORK - TRNC President Rauf Denktas was taken out from the intensive care unit in New York Presbytarian Hospital following his second surgery and he spent the night in his room.
TRNC Presidential Office Undersecretary Ergun Olgun told A.A correspondent on Tuesday that Denktas spent well the night in his room.
Olgun said that ''the doctors had a meeting the same day and concluded that his condition was stable.''
If his recovery continues, Denktas will be discharged from the hospital next week, said Olgun, adding that the doctors check Denktas regularly every day.
