Koc Group Signs Partnership Agreement With Uni Credito

ISTANBUL - Koc Finansal Hizmetler Inc. (Financial Services) signed on Monday a partnership agreement with Unicredito Italiano SPA.
Koc Holding Executive Board President Rahmi Koc told a press conference that they transferred 50 percent of shares of Koc Finansal Hizmetler Inc. to Unicredito Italiano SPA.
Koc Finansal Hizmetler Inc. unites Kocbank Inc., Koc Yatirim Menkul Degerler Inc., Koc Faktoring Hizmetleri Inc., Koc Finansal Kiralama Inc., Kocbank Nederland N.V, Kocbank Azerbaycan and Koc Portfoy Yonetimi Inc. under an umbrella.
