ANKARA - The Labor Party (IP) denounced Justice Minister Aysel Celikel to the Supreme Court of Appeals Chief Prosecutor's Office, claiming that she took no notice of head terrorist Abdullah Ocalan's ''instructions against Turkey'' from the Imrali Prison he is staying.
After presenting the denunciation, IP deputy leader Suphi Karaman told reporters that the article published in Ozgur Halk (Free People) magazine on September 15, 2002 was written by the head terrorist in the Imrali Prison.
This article explained how the terrorist PKK organization would act in case of a possible U.S. intervention in Iraq, Karaman said and added, ''this situation contradicts with the state seriousness. Such war instructions cannot be given from a prison in any country. This is serious.''
In this article, the head terrorist also urged his terrorists to exert themselves for Turkey's division, Karaman said that they requested the prosecutor's office to open an investigation into this negligence.
