E.U. Adjustment Law On Agenda Of Constitutional Court

ANKARA - Constitutional Court will discuss the application of President Ahmet Necdet Sezer requesting annulment of the article of the EU Adjustment Law on the fines foreseen in press law.
The Court took the application of Sezer to its agenda for Wednesday.
Sezer requests annulment of seven paragraphs of the ninth article of the EU Adjustment Law.
