Arcelik To Purchase A Company In Romania

ISTANBUL - Arcelik, a leading durable goods producer, continues its operation to purchase a company abroad with Romania-based SC Arctic S.A.
Sending a statement to the stock exchange on Tuesday, Arcelik A.S. said that it had decided to purchase 50.97 percent share of SC Arctic S.A. which produces and sells refrigerators.
The total bid for all of (100 percent) Arctic company's shares became 20 million U.S. dollars.
Arcelik has 100 percent share in the Netherlands-based Ardutch company and it said that share purchase process would be carried out by Ardutch.
