HURRIYET- Columnist Tufan Turenc writes about a recently published book by Samuel A. Weems entitled Armenia: Secrets of a Christian Terrorist State. A summary of his column is as follows:
Samuel A. Weems, a retired district attorney and judge from the United States, has recently written and published a book in response to the Armenian accusations of genocide. Although the title of the book is Armenia: Secrets of a Christian Terrorist State, the subtitle is equally interesting: The Armenian Great Deception Series, Volume 1. Weems, after a very successful judicial career, felt the responsibility to express his indignation with false Armenian allegations. In the course of extensive research he uncovered how Turkey was the target of unfair Armenian accusations. Weems also came to realise that the Christian world supported the Armenians only as a result of their prejudice against Turks. This gave Weems even more determination to get to the bottom of the issue. He carried out his research in archives in Turkey, Russia, France, Italy, Britain and his own country, but the only archives he was barred access to were the ones in Armenia. As was expected, as soon as Weems was ready to start writing his book, he started receiving death threats from Armenian extremists. Despite all these threats, Weems managed to complete the book and it was published a couple of months ago. The book proves the falseness of all the Armenian accusations and documents the Armenians’ propaganda, terrorism and attacks. It shows that the Armenian system is based on propaganda, terror, the church, state and the Diaspora, and exposes how the Armenians have set up a ‘genocide industry’ to reap billions of US dollars in financial aid. Weems explains that the Armenian plan is to get Turkey to accept accusations of genocide against the Armenians and then apologise. Once these goals are reached, the Armenians plan to claim financial compensation, in addition to parts of Turkish territory. With this book, Weems uncovers the lies of the Armenian diaspora, which has done everything within its means to ensure that Turkish-Armenian relations remain tense. However, the sad thing is that this book has not been met with much interest in Turkey. I don’t even think that civil organisations in Turkey know that such a book even exists.
