ERZURUM - An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale rocked eastern Erzurum province on Sunday.
Officials of Bogazici University Seismology Institute Kandilli Observatory Center said that the epicenter of the earthquake which was recorded at 2.52 p.m. was 15 kilomteres northeast of Senkaya village of Erzurum.
There were not any casulties according to preliminary reports.
The quake was also felt in Olur township of Erzurum, Ardahan and Cildir township.
