ANKARA - Motherland Party (ANAP) deputy Murat Basesgioglu resigned from his party on Friday.
The number of ANAP's deputies decreased to 76, while that of independent deputies increased to 14 with his resignation. Basesgioglu who didn't state any reason for resigning in his petition is expected to join AK Party.
