Sisli Mayor Sarigul Visits Former State Minister Dervis

ANKARA (A.A) - 13.08.2002 - Sisli Mayor Mustafa Sarigul visited former State Minister Kemal Dervis in his office in Ankara's Gaziosmanpasa district on Tuesday.
Sarigul told reporters after the meeting which lasted for about an hour that Dervis was a very sensitive person who would contribute to Turkey's development.
Sarigul said that he thought that Dervis would decide on whether to join a party on Thursday at the latest.
He said, ''I think that Dervis will continue his journey with New Turkey Party (YTP) leader Ismail Cem and Husamettin Ozkan.''
Sarigul said that Dervis would work for Turkey's development and unemployment issue in coming days.
When asked that Dervis might join YTP on Thursday, Sarigul said that Dervis would decide on Thursday at the latest and added that this decision had great importance for Turkey.
