Cem, Dervis And Ozkan Come Together In Istanbul

ISTANBUL (A.A) - 11.08.2002 - New Turkey Party (YTP) leader Ismail Cem met with Kemal Dervis and Husamettin Ozkan on Sunday.
Speaking to press after the meeting, Dervis said that they reviewed economic, social and political developments.
Dervis said ''it has been a very good study. We continue to work together. We are trying to find the best choice for Turkey. Not only today, tomorrow, or Nov. 4; but the process after November 4 has to be strong, very productive and it has to bring advantages to Turkey. Therefore we must think strategically. We must work hard.''
When a journalist asked Dervis if he joined YTP, Dervis said that they continued to work.
YTP leader Cem said in his part that they had a very valuable study with Mr. Dervis the same day.
''We also reviewed the development of our party. We have set up our organizations in 23 provinces. I suppose we will get organized in 20 more provinces next week and our party will continue to grow,'' Cem added.
