Arseven: Withdrawal Of Job Security Bill Is Not On Agenda

ANKARA (A.A) - 08.08.2002 - Newly-appointed Labour and Social Security Minister Nejat Arseven said on Thursday that withdrawal of job security bill was not on the agenda.
Arseven told a press conference that the bill could be withdrawn by the government, not by him within the terms of the Constitution and by-laws.
He would hold contacts with the representatives of employers and employees in order to discuss the bill in a compromising atmosphere, Arseven said.
