Labour And Social Security Minister Okuyan Resigns

ANKARA (A.A) - 07.08.2002 - Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Sukru Sina Gurel announced on Wednesday that Labour and Social Security Minister Yasar Okuyan resigned from his office.
Gurel, who attended a program broadcast at private NTV channel, said that Okuyan resigned from Labour and Social Security Ministry and State Minister Nejat Arseven was appointed to this post.
Motherland Party (ANAP) Kahramanmaras deputy Ali Dogan was appointed to the State Ministry which became vacant after Arseven's appointment, Gurel noted.
Gurel added that the decree on these two appointments was sent to the Presidency.
