Turk-is And Disk Chairmen Meet With Gurel

ANKARA (A.A) - 07.08.2002 - Confederation of Turkish Labour Unions (Turk-Is) Chairman Bayram Meral and Confederation of Revolutionary Workers' Union (DISK) Chairman Suleyman Celebi had a meeting with Foreign Minister Sukru Sina Gurel on Wednesday afternoon.
After the meeting Meral reiterated that the job security bill would not bring any financial burden to the employers. He said that a total of 213 deputies want the bill to be discussed at Parliament and all political parties support the bill. ''We're hoping that Parliament would pass this bill tomorrow and the employers would end their pressures,'' Meral said.
Meral said they would attend the meeting at Parliament tomorrow.
