KUSADASI (A.A) - A total of 180 gays came to Kusadasi on a special ship on Wednesday. Two years ago, the Interior Ministry had not allowed a ship carrying 833 gays to visit Kusadasi causing reactions in both Turkish and foreign press.
Contrary to the problems faced two years ago, 180 gays got off board without any problems and visited Ephesus Ancient City. Later they visited the House of Virgin Mary and became pillgrims. After visiting historical sites and tourist attractions of the city, the gays did shpping in Kusadasi's bazaar in the afternoon. PSV Royal Clipper, the ship carrying the gays including 164 Americans will leave the Kusadasi Port tonight and proceed to Lesvos island of Greece.
