M.H.P. Will Assess Whether Or Not To Apply To Constitutional Court

ANKARA (A.A) - 03.08.2002 - Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Deputy Group Chairman Mehmet Sandir said after approval of the European Union (EU) adjustment bill, ''we will make an assessment whether or not to apply to the Constitutional Court.''
Addressing journalists following the debate at the Parliamentary General Assembly, Sandir said, ''we have expended all kinds of efforts to prevent approval of the bill. We will make a detailed assessment. We think that the bill would not be beneficial for our people. If there is a legal deficiency, we will take necessary measures. Also, we will make an assessment whether or not to apply to the Constitutional Court.''
