New Appointments In Foreign Ministry

ANKARA (A.A) - 27.07.2002 - Following the resignation of former Foreign Minister Ismail Cem, the change in posts in the Foreign Ministry continues.
Foreign Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Yusuf Buluc was recently appointed as the Ministry Spokesman, while Mehmet Nuri Emre and Kaya Turkmen were appointed for the moment in place of Engin Soysal, the special consultant of Ismail Cem.
Emre worked together with Gurel when he was the State Minister in charge of Turks living abroad, while Turkmen is known as a diplomat who is specialized in EU issues.
