Death Toll Increases To 27 In Flood Disaster In Rize

RIZE (A.A)- 26.07.2002 - Death toll increased to 27 in Guneysu and Cayeli townships of northern province of Rize on Friday.
Releasing a statement, the Crisis Desk said that five more bodies were recovered from a house which had collapsed due to flood and landslides in Selamet village in Guneysu township.
A total of six people were injured in the flood disaster in which nine people including five children have still been missing.
Search and rescue efforts have been continuing to find the missing ones.
