One Turkish Soldier Slightly Injured During Mine Sweeping In Afghanistan

KABUL (A.A) - 19.07.2002 - One Turkish non-commissioned officer was slightly injured as a fuse exploded during mine sweeping in a military base in Kabul, Afghanistan.
International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Press Spokesman Murat Pekgulec said on Friday that the accident occured on Thursday morning and that the state of health of the non-commissioned officer was not critical.
There are around 100 thousand unexploded ammunition at Kabul airport.
