WASHINGTON (A.A) - 11.07.2002 - The IMF and the World Bank have refrained from making any comments on the astounding political developments in the Turkish political scene.
IMF and World Bank officials who were contacted by the A.A on Thursday said that the developments were Turkey's ''domestic affair''.
International finance circles in Washington said that the Turkish economy had become much more resistant against shocks due to the recent economic reforms carried out in Turkey.
