ANKARA (A.A) - 09.07.2002 - Standard and Poor's, a leading international rating organization, downgraded outlook on Turkey from stable to negative.
Releasing a statement on Tuesday, Standard and Poor's affirmed Turkey's country rating at ''B-''.
Showing the recent political developments as a reason for downgrading, Standard and Poor's said that outlook reflected the concerns that political instability might continue and endanger the IMF-backed economic programme might be endangered.
