Erdem: Clinton Will Come To Turkey

ISTANBUL (A.A) - 26.06.2002 - Turkish-American Businessmen's Association (TABA AmCham) will host a conference in Istanbul and the participation fee for this conference in which former U.S. President Bill Clinton will participate as a speaker is 1,000 U.S. dollars, said TABA AmCham Chairman Zeynel Abidin Erdem on Wednesday.
Holding a press conference, Erdem said that Clinton will attend a meeting late on Tuesday, July 9 as a speaker together with State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Mesut Yilmaz, and Clinton will deliver a speech on ''Turkey-United States-Europe Relations on EU Path''.
Noting that the conference will be open to everybody, Erdem said that participation fee for this meeting is 1,000 U.S. dollars but TOBB AmChan can decrease or increase this price.
Erdem added Clinton will stay in Istanbul for two days.
