Turkey Welcomes Bush's Statement On Palestine State

ANKARA (A.A) - 25.06.2002 - Turkey has welcomed the statement of U.S. President George Bush who yesterday expressed support for the establishment of a Palestinian state.
The Foreign Ministry said that Turkey welcomed in principle Bush's speech on the Middle East and indicated that the points mentioned in his speech could speed up efforts to bring a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
