WASHINGTON (A.A) - 22.06.2002 - State Minister Kemal Dervis for Economy arrived early on Saturday in Washington, the United States to deliver a speech at the World Bank on Monday.
Speaking to reporters after he arrived in Washington, Dervis said that he would deliver a speech at the World Bank and later he might have some contacts at the IMF, adding that he would later proceed to Canada.
Responding a question, Dervis said it was still not clear whether he would meet with the U.S. officials.
He would attend a round table meeting in Montreal before the G8 meeting in Canada, Dervis said.
Responding another question, Dervis said that he would not hold a press conference in Washington.
