Resonant Bomb Explodes In Beyazit Square

ISTANBUL (A.A) - 07.06.2002 - A resonant bomb exploded on Friday in Beyazit Square of Istanbul.
A bomb left in a bag under a tree exploded around 12.45 p.m.
Istanbul Police Chief, who came to the spot, said that nobody were injured in the blast and that the explosion did not cause any financial damages.
Meanwhile, efforts are under way to capture two people, including one woman, who walked away from the spot a short time before the explosion.
