Moderate Earthquake Jolts Manisa

ISTANBUL (A.A) - 06.06.2002 - A moderate earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale jolted western province of Manisa at 08:10 a.m. on Thursday.
Istanbul-based Kandilli Observatory Seismology Institute said that the earthquake was centered on Akhisar township of the province.
The earthquake was also felt in neighboring Izmir province.
There were not any immediate reports of casualties and damages.
