ANKARA (A.A) - 05.06.2002 - General Staff said on Wednesday that six Greek war planes violated Turkish air space for three times on Tuesday.
A statement of General Staff said that four Greek A-7 and two F-16 jets violated Turkish air space for three times in Datca Cape and Gulluk Gulf.
The statement noted that Turkish planes reacted to this violation and then, Greek planes left the region.
Dangerous results that the violation of Greek planes could cause in the Aegean were notified to relevant authorities, the statement added.
