Bayar Chosen As Leader Of D.T.P.

ANKARA (A.A) - 19.05.2002 - Mehmet Ali Bayar was chosen on Saturday as the leader of the Democratic Turkey Party (DTP).
During the second regular congress of the party, Bayar got 594 votes in favour out of 621 delegates and became the third leader of DTP.
Twenty-seven votes were considered invalid in the election.
